Q: Every other company wants thousands and sometimes tens of thousands of dollars in upfront costs and deposits to start the project. How can you get away with charging zero dollars in upfront costs? What’s the catch?
A: There’s no catch, we just have a lot of financial backing and great partnerships that make it possible for us to start moving forward on your solar project without needing to collect any money from you. We just need to see if you qualify first.
Q: Does no upfront cost mean there’s no cost at all?
A: There is certainly still a cost for the system. But with our special program we’ve put together you only start paying for your solar system once the panels are up on your roof. The monthly payments stretch over 10 years and are cheaper than what you are paying for electricity right now. This means you are only saving money every month and after 10 years you have completely eliminated your electric bills.
Q: What happens in 10 years when the solar system is paid off?
A: You will have an appreciating asset on your home that generates all of your electricity usage and you will never have to pay for electricity again.
Q: What if I end up selling my house within the 10 years?
A: Having a solar system will dramatically increase the value of your home and studies have shown that a house that produces it's own electricity will sell 3 to 5 times quicker. The new owners will also be grandfathered into all of the existing warranties and guarantees.
Q: What happens if the solar system stops working? What kind of support do we have?
A: You have 3 separate warranties for your solar system that are covered by us and the manufacturer of our panels. If you notice something unusual all you have to do is call us and we will come repair or replace it for you free of charge as part of our long-term commitment to you. It is important to note that the need for repairs or replacements is very rare.
Q: How long does it take to get the solar system installed?
A: The actual installation itself takes 1-3 days, but it can take between 30-60 days to get all of the evaluations and permits approved by the city and the government. These are all things we take care of on our end to make sure the process goes as smoothly and quickly as possible for you.
